months of intensive debates all over Poland (about 20 between November 2016 and March 2017), with more than 2,500 participants, Professor Kwiek gave a final &#8211; official &#8211; presentation of the Law 2.0 (Ustawa 2.0) &#8222;Higher Education Reforms Agenda&#8221; at the Gala organized for 600 attendees in the main auditorium of the Warsaw University of Technology on March 1,
