Professor Kwiek became a contracted expert for the European Commission, HLEG (High Level Expert Group) STRATA expert group Developing Foresight for Higher Education/Research Relations in the Perspective of the European Research Area (ERA), chaired by Maurice Godelier and coordinated by Elie Faroult from DG Research (2001-2002).
