Professor Marek Kwiek was invited to have a Keynote Speech at the TAIR Annual 2017 Conference, “Using IR to Change the Higher Education World” (Taiwan Association for Institutional Research, Taipei, Taiwan, January 15, 2017). The other Keynote Speech at the conference was given by Professor Dr. Glen W. James, President of the AIR (Association for Institutional Research), USA.

The title of the Keynote Speech was: “Institutional Research, Higher Education Research, and Their Impact on Higher Education Policy: a European Context”. Due to unexpected circumstances, the speech was presented by Dr. Sophia Shihuei Ho.
