UNESCO General Director and AMU Rector Professor Bogumiła Kaniewska signed an agreement about UNESCO Chair in Institutional Research and Higher Education Policy for 2026-2029 run by Marek Kwiek.

The Chair was opened in 2012 and will celebrate its 15th years of existence at AMU.

The chair belongs to a global family of UNESCO Chairs and is one of 10 Chairs active in Poland.
