Professor Marek Kwiek tok part in a conference in Seoul, South Korea – “Research Collaboration and Entrepreneur Activities in the Knowledge Society”, Seoul National University (April 2016). The conference was organized by Professor J.C. Shin, in preparations of the methodological foundations of a new global study of the academic profession APIKS (Academic Profession in the Knowledge Society) in which Poland is a partner and Professor Kwiek a national team leader.

APIKS is a follow-up project of CAP and EUROAC research projects.

His presentation was on “Patterns of University Salaries Across Europe: Age, Gender, and Academic Disciplines”.
