Professor Marek Kwiek had a Keynote Speech at the 7th Moscow International Conference of Higher Education Researchers, in National Research University – Higher School of Economics (NRU-HSE), Moscow, on October 21, 2016, one of the leading and largest universities in Russia. Researchers and educators interested in the higher education development gather annually at the Conference in order to discuss challenges and goals facing universities and their stakeholders. The special topic of the Conference 2016 was “University between Global Challenges and Local Commitments”.
